Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions listed below constitute an agreement between Peritas.ge (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) regarding the purchase of goods and services, which is carried out through the store’s website (Peritas.ge).

The Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement between the Parties, as well as everything related to the goods, services and information provided through the Site. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the Store and the Buyer. It supersedes all previous or other agreements regarding the products and information. The Buyer is obliged to review and agree to these terms before purchasing goods from the Site.

2. ინფორმაცია გადახდაზე და ანგარიშსწორება

The Buyer confirms and guarantees that the personal information provided by him is true, accurate and complete. The Buyer pays for the goods and services using a bank (credit/debit) card. The Buyer is obliged to pay the cost of the goods and delivery (including all taxes) at the time of payment according to the rates indicated on the website. The Buyer is fully responsible for all transactions carried out from his personal account/password. The Store does not assume responsibility for the unauthorized use of the Buyer’s password by third parties.

3. რედაქტირება, წაშლა და მოდიფიკაცია

The store reserves the exclusive right to change, delete or add any information on the site, including: prices, purchase conditions, delivery service and terms of service, without prior notice. The updated agreement comes into force immediately upon publication on the site and applies to all transactions made after publication.

4. მომსახურების მიღება-გაწევა

The store cannot guarantee the permanent availability of the products selected and paid for by the buyer. In the event that the buyer has paid the price, but the product is not available, the store reserves the right to offer the buyer an alternative product of similar value and characteristics. If the parties cannot agree on a replacement product, the store undertakes to fully refund the amount paid to the buyer.

5. პროდუქციის უკან დაბრუნების პირობები

The buyer has the right not to accept the product if it does not correspond to the description posted on the site or the buyer’s order. The conformity of the product is checked directly by the courier at the moment of delivery of the order. The parties confirm the conformity by signing the acceptance and delivery act.

• Attention: If the buyer has signed the acceptance and delivery act, the delivered products are no longer subject to return or exchange.

• If there is a discrepancy between the ordered and delivered products, the buyer should not sign the acceptance certificate. In this case, the store is obliged to provide the buyer with the correct product or its alternative as soon as possible.

• If the product cannot be replaced, the store is obliged to refund the amount paid to the buyer no later than 3 (three) business days.
